  1. MAKE SURE YOU ARE EATING HEALTHY, I DO TAKE 750 CALORIES EVERYDAY

    Its up to you,a lotdo 1200 calories every day, try to avoid rice morning ,indomies with egg at noon, cassava with oha soup at dinner, omg this is 3 carbs in a day and has lots of calories too.

    You can’t do 100 jumping jacks after you have consumed more than 3500 calories and you come to me to say Ujay i do all ur exercise and i am not losing weight, remember you can’t eat more than what u burn ok

     

  2. TRY TO AVOID JUNKS AND PROCESSED FOODS

     

    Have u asked yourself, What do you gain from eating that nothing instead it destroys your body, try to eat natural food or organic foods, fresh fruits and veggies.

     

     

  3. TRY AND START WITH A WORKOUT YOU ENJOY MOST

    You can start with dancing, switch to jumping jacks, lunge,burpeeand end up with a stretch .

    30 mins workout is ok for you everyday before you leave for work.

    always push yourself and stop sticking on beginners workout , tell yourself tomorrow I am going for a tougher workout.

     

  4. DRINK LOTS OF WATER

    A lotcan consume 4 to 5 bottles of mineral without taking water in a day or each meal goes with mineral or juice, those things are not good for u.

    have this in mind that water is your best friend and it is very good for you more than anything.

    Drink 8 glasses of water every day and also drink water with lemon before every meal. Citrus shrinks your stomach and is a very natural suppressant.

     

  5. DRINK YOUR GREEN TEA OR OOLONG TEA THEY CONTAINSEGCGWHICH IS AN ANTIOXIDANT THAT HELP BOOST METABOLISM.

     

  6. CHEW SUGARLESS GUM , IT SPEED UP UR DIGESTIVE SYATEM AND KILLS CRAVINGS TOO

     

     

  7. TAKE A “BEFORE” AND “AFTER” PIC.
