The 21 days 3000 skipping challenge starts on Monday being 21st Dec 2015.
I decided to post the size of the plates
Which we will use on this challenge because i know the food lovers will use abubakar bowl and call it plate ?.
The smallest bowl is for ur rice, beans and meats while the bigger plates is for ur salad and fruits.

YOU CAN ADD UR OWN VEGGIES TOO
FRUITS TO CHOOSE FROM
AND OTHER FRUITS NOT LISTED
FOODS TO CHOOSE FROM
1. PLS MUST BE BROWN RICE or bastamati brown rice
2.beans or lentils or kidney beans
4. Whole grain spagetti
Add ur own meals so far they are healthy. Pls for ur vegetables oil u can use flax seed oil, Avocado oil or any healthy oil of your choice.
Dont forget to skip 3000 everyday and dont over eat remenber the smallest yellow plates is for your carbohydrates.
The other yellow plates is for your fruits and the biggest one is for you veggies.
