21 DAYS FOOD CHALLENGE WITH 3000 JUMP ROPE EVERYDAY

The 21 days 3000 skipping challenge starts on Monday being 21st Dec 2015.

I decided to post the size of the plates
Which we will use on this challenge because i know the food lovers will use abubakar bowl and call it plate ?.

The smallest bowl is for ur rice, beans and meats while the bigger plates is for ur salad and fruits.

VEGETABLES TO CHOOSE FROM
CABBAGE
CUCUMBER
CARROT
SPINACH
GREEN
PUMPKIN LEAF
WATERLEAF
PEAS
Okro
Kale
YOU CAN ADD UR OWN VEGGIES TOO

FRUITS TO CHOOSE FROM

1.PINAPPLE
2.APPLE
3.WATERMELON
4.ORANGES
5.SOURSOP
6.BANANA
7.GRAPE
8.PAWPAW
9.MANGO
10.GUAVA
11.CANTELOPE
12.STRAWBERRIES
13.AVOCADO
14. COCONUT
AND OTHER FRUITS NOT LISTED

FOODS TO CHOOSE FROM

1. PLS MUST BE BROWN RICE or bastamati brown rice
2.beans or lentils or kidney beans
3. Yam
4. Whole grain spagetti
5.oatmeal
Add ur own meals so far they are healthy. Pls for ur vegetables oil u can use flax seed oil, Avocado oil or any healthy oil of your choice.

Dont forget to skip 3000 everyday and dont over eat remenber the smallest yellow plates is for your carbohydrates.

The other yellow plates is for your fruits and the biggest one is for you veggies.

    Hello Ujay,
    Its so beautiful seeing what you do for us. You have always been a source of inspiration to me. Thank you so much, I love this challenge, we control what we eat this festival period and not add on what we have fought so hard to maintain. Am in with the challenge. Would go later and get my bowls for food.

    Hi, Ujay you are God sent. Always encouraging me to go a step forward. Even when I think it’s impossible, you make me feel it is possible and at the end of the day I feel excited and just go ahead. I normally skip 1000, this challenge will make me push forward and break the limit. Thanks.

    I had a baby 5 weeks ago and I currently weigh 67kg nd I still have the belly fat. I will like to join but want to know if Its ok 4 me health wise. Can u help with a meal time table.

    Wow, am in on dis one. Have really been following ur channel frm a distance nd i have been saying i will today, i will tomorrow all for d excuse of being a lactating mum. Ever since i had my second baby, haven’t gotten my body nd shape back. Is so disgracing seeing people asking mi if am pregnant again after my 3rd child. Ujay, i think is time i do dis.     Ur still d best weightloss Couch have ever met. Am so coming back to ggd . I did d burpee challenge and am doing dis skipping challenge also. I still have knee issues bt am still losing weight n going strong. Thank u. God bless n happy celebrations
