    Good day Ujay. Yes I have been doing d burpee 30day. Challenge. It’s. Not my first time doing burpees but it’s my first time doing 100 burpees. I add jog on d spot and airboxing to d squat jump. And it takes me abt 50mins. To complete d 100 and I burn abt 700 calories. D jog on d spot is 2000 jog and d airboxing is 1000 boxing. Ooo yeah it’s not easy but I. So love d after rreesults. Barely -nto 15burpees and sweating so much. Yeah I love my shoulders. And arms dat r toning up wit d weights am using too. Thanks

    It is not been easy but I can see my arms toning up already , I am building muscles obviously… All my life I never knew I could do 100 burpees and more in a day. Am gradually getting addicted! Really appreciate you coach
