2. TRY TO EXERCISE 30 MINS OR AN HOUR DAILY

3.TRY TO EAT HEALTHY MEAL AND PORTION CONTROL IS VERY IMPORTANT.

4. AFTER 6 WEEKS OF DELIVERY AND D DOCTOR CONFIRMS U OK PLS START UR WORKOUT IMMEDIATLY TO GET BACK TO SHAPE.

5. TRY TO LOOK SEXY ALWAYS,WITH THAT I DONT THINK UR MAN SHOULD HAVE A PROBLEM WITH U.

    Yes Ujay u r right! Women think cos dey v babies deey v d licence to b fat! No way. You have to do it for urself first and den ur man. 1hr a day is. Gd enough but more of healthy eating.
