I do receive lots of email from ladies asking if it safe to exercise or can someone that wanna take in exercise?
If u participated in a regular exercise activity prior to becoming pregnant, its probably fine to continue to participate during exercise.
Your baby is surrounded by fluid in an amniotic sac which is nestled inside the uterus,which is surrounded by the organs, muscles and ur physical body.
Pls try and avoid high impact workout.
BASIC GUIDELINES IN PLANNING EXERCISE DURING PREGNANCY
✔MAKE SURE U ARE WEARING A LOOSE FITTING COMFORTABLE CLOTHES AND A GOOD WORKOUT BRA
✔CHOOSE A GOOD WORKOUT SHOES
✔EAT ENOUGH HEALTHY CALORIES TO MEET THE NEEDS OF YOUR PRGNANCY
✔DRINK PLENTY OF WATER DURING AND AFTER WORKOUt…
✔finish eating atleast 1 hour before exercising
✔ AFTER DOING FLOOR EXERCISES,GET UP SLOWLY TO PREVENT DIZZINESS
WHICH EXERCISES DURING PREGNANCY ARE BENEFICIAL?
BEFORE U BEGIN ANY WORKOUT TRY TO TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR.
1. WALKING IS USUALLY SAFE FOR EVERYONE, ITS EASY ON UR BODY AND JOINTS. SO TRY AND FIX IT IN UR SCHEDULE TO TAKE A LONG WALK.
2.SQUATTING IS MY BEST I TRY to do 200 squats daily during my prego stages.it helps to open ur pelvic outlet to help your baby descend.
3. Pelvic tilts strengthen the muscles in ur abdomen and help alleviate back pain during pregnanacy and labor. To do pelvic tilts get on ur hands and knees. Tilts ur hips forward and pull ur abdomen in. Your back should slightly round . Stay in that postiin for a few seconds then relax without letting in your back sag.
Try to reapeat 10 times
5. Dancing is my favorite and i always add punching to it.
