HOW TO DO BURPEE

THE BURPEE
From a standing position, squat down and quickly kick your feet out to the top of a pushup position. Immediately bring them back underneath you, then come out of the squat by jumping as high as you can. That’s one rep.

Burpees are full body exercise and you burn more calories in less time when you do burpees.
Try to do them quickly with intensity, it can be done anywhere so you don’t need a gym for that.

Today is Day 2 on the Burpee challenge hope you guys are doing great.

    hello ujay, nice work. But pls I need my tummy to go back to shape, I used to have a flat tummy but now its protruding. pls help me
