I want everyone to know that nothing good comes easy and u have to work for it to achieve it.
I do get emails from clients asking me that wot is the easiest way to loose weight without exercising, all i do is laugh and tell them it took u time to use abubakar bowl to consume that junks that put u in dis situation and it will take u time to loose it to.
It hurt wen u are working out that is enof to kiss junks good bye and appreciate and work toward maintainong ur new look.
I dont think u are too busy that u cant sacrifice 30mins of ur time and do some workout.
If i Ujay a mother of 2 can exercise everyday
Manage my channel and reply message on email,watsapp and blog
Cook for my family and play the role of a mum.
Work 8hrs shift here in Canada and with all this i still exercise .
So do u think u have an excuse ?
Stop complaining no one to help u with the baby u can put him down and on his stroller and exercise .
Stop complaining u close late and u cant workout wen u get home, pls do wake up early and do 30 mins workout.
Stop saying u dont have the energy to exercise or u are addicted to food and u cant help urself, u have to keep pushing till u get there .
Remember alot are in d hospital with one sickness or the other battling with their lives .
U have the opportunity now use it well than laying on ur bed and just eating .
Some people have 2 to 3 housemaid and all they do is just sitting down and giving instructions insteading of assisting the maid. U are helping the maid to burn more calories and look good.
I want to encourage u all with this video that ur weightloss lies in ur hands and always know every workout hurts and if it doesnt hurt something is wrong then.
