To be on this challenge starting on monday, u must weigh urself and write them down

We will check our body measurement every saturday and weigh ourself too.
Always remember no pain no gain and ur weightloss lies in ur hands so keep pushing and never u give up.
U can do 50 morning and 50 nite its up to u how u wanna do it but u have to finish it
On this challenge wen u wake up i exepect u to add lemon inside a warm water and a pintch of tumeric and drink up or mix apple cider vinegar with lemon mixed inside a warm water.
This must be taken an hour or 30mins b4 breakfast.
Here are some meal plans for this challenge
Morning—- any green vegetable of ur choice blended with water melon or any fruit u have.
Drink 2 cup to be sure u are filled up
By 10 to 11 am u can snack on 1 hand of cashew or almond or a cup of fruits with green tea or òolong tea
A well prepared vegetable fish or chicken okro soup with no oil and no garri pls try to lick that soup till u are full.
Any smoothie of ur choice or fruit of ur choice.
Vegetable smoothies of ur choice
Well prepared salad with 2 eggs
Fish pepper soup with lots of vegetable
A cup of green smoothie and 1 toasted bread or 1 cup of quaker oat with half banana.
Vegetable soup with a cup of rice pls use ur measuring cup n never u exceed 1 cup rather take more vegetable
Only green smoothie and make sure u take 5 cups of green tea
A fruit bowl
1 Sweet potatoe with steamed egg vegetable
Blend 2 banana and 3 sticks of carrot
A cup of tea with 2 toasted bread
Lentils with vegetable or beans with vegetables
A fruit bowl
A cup of smoothie or eat ur fruit
1 cup of brown rice wih vegetable

❌ NEVER U TAKE MORE THAN A CUP OF RICE
✔U MUST TAKE 5 CUPS OF GREEN TEA OR OOLONG TEA.
✔U MUST COMPLETE UR WORKOUT TO ENABLE U LOOSE THE WEIGHT
❌NO SUGAR MUST BE ADDED TO UR SMOOTHIE IT IS ALREADY SWEET WITH THE FRUITS ADDED
✔MAKE SURE U DRINK A LOT OF WATER(2 litres)
REMEMBER TO FINSH UR WORKOUT
