30 DAYS (100) BURPEE CHALLENGE 9TH OCT-9TH DEC

To be on this challenge starting on monday, u must weigh urself and write them down
Take a full body measurement

bust
Waist
Hips
Arms
Wrist

We will check our body measurement every saturday and weigh ourself too.

Always remember no pain no gain and ur weightloss lies in ur hands so keep pushing and never u give up.

U can do 50 morning and 50 nite its up to u how u wanna do it but u have to finish it

On this challenge wen u wake up i exepect u to add lemon inside a warm water and a pintch of tumeric and drink up or mix apple cider vinegar with lemon mixed inside a warm water.

This must be taken an hour or 30mins b4 breakfast.

Here are some meal plans for this challenge

MONDAY

Morning—- any green vegetable of ur choice blended with water melon or any fruit u have.

Drink 2 cup to be sure u are filled up

By 10 to 11 am u can snack on 1 hand of cashew or almond or a cup of fruits with green tea or òolong tea

Lunch
A well prepared vegetable fish or chicken okro soup with no oil and no garri pls try to lick that soup till u are full.

Dinner

Any smoothie of ur choice or fruit of ur choice.

Tuesday

Morning

Vegetable smoothies of ur choice

Lunch

Well prepared salad with 2 eggs

Dinner

Fish pepper soup with lots of vegetable

Wednesday

Morning

A cup of green smoothie and 1 toasted bread or 1 cup of quaker oat with half banana.

Lunch

Vegetable soup with a cup of rice pls use ur measuring cup n never u exceed 1 cup rather take more vegetable

Dinner

Only green smoothie and make sure u take 5 cups of green tea

Thursday

Morning

A fruit bowl

Lunch

1 Sweet potatoe with steamed egg vegetable

Dinner

Cabbage soup

Friday

Morning

Blend 2 banana and 3 sticks of carrot

Lunch

Cabbage soup

Dinner

Cabbage soup

Saturday

Morning

A cup of tea with 2 toasted bread

Lunch

Lentils with vegetable or beans with vegetables

Dinner

A fruit bowl

Sunday

Morning
A cup of smoothie or eat ur fruit

Noon

1 cup of brown rice wih vegetable

Dinner

Chicken peppersoup

Do’s and DONT’S

❌ NEVER U TAKE MORE THAN A CUP OF RICE
✔U MUST TAKE 5 CUPS OF GREEN TEA OR OOLONG TEA.
✔U MUST COMPLETE UR WORKOUT TO ENABLE U LOOSE THE WEIGHT
❌NO SUGAR MUST BE ADDED TO UR SMOOTHIE IT IS ALREADY SWEET WITH THE FRUITS ADDED
✔MAKE SURE U DRINK A LOT OF WATER(2 litres)

REMEMBER TO FINSH UR WORKOUT

OUR SECOND WEEK WILL BE CABBAGE SOUP BY NEXT WEEK I WILL BE POSTING ON HOW TO MAKE THE SOUP .

    Weldone Ujay. Since I left d class in august have lost 4kg and still going slowly. Thank God my leg(foot pain) has healed wella. Am doing t burpee challenge also. Ur still d best weight loss couch I know. Am definitely coming back to Ggd in January hopefully my leg should have totally healed. Thank u n weldone.

    I had lime in warm water yesterday 30mins before breakfast as directed, but noticed I was just purging. It is part if the plan? I mean was it normal for my to purging many times? Or was it coincidence?
