UJAY WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY

Hi everyone,
Am Ujay, a mother of 2 boys ,married in Abia State.
I wish to share my weightloss journey with everyone.

I was expecting a parcel from a friend so i stòod outside when a guy walk up to me and he said excuse me pls am looking for Ujay the big fat one with his wide arms spread apart as if i am as big as an elephant but he was just trying to describe the Ujay he is looking for.

When i took my parcel i said to my self wow is this my new name or wot and i must do something abt my weight and also i had PCOS and the doctor said i have to loose weight to conceive, it was quite challenging but i have to face the truth and work towards it.
Am always on leggings and i shop from plus sizes.

So i cut down my carb intake and eat more of fruits, vegetables and protein.

I was so addicted to bread that i can finish a loaf so far its hot and coming from the oven.

I love suya, abacha,cake, banga soup with white rice and Pounded yam.

I decided to do a clean up in my home by giving out my unhealthy food and filled my fridge with healthy meal.

I started working out and visit the pool 2 times a week.

Remember this ur weightloss lies in ur hands u have to keep pushing to get where u wanna be.

I lost 98lb in 3 months,110kg to 68kg, if i can do it u can do it too.

It wasnt easy but i love myself now.

After i lost my weight i decided to go back to school to study abt the food we eat, knowing how many calories we should consume to be in track, when i graduated i decided to open GGD PROGRAM becos i know alot of women out there needs me and some dont know the right food to eat nor exercise to do to loose weight.

have this in mind ,NO PAIN NO GAIN and Nothing good comes easy.

u have to start some where and keep pushing to get there.

SET UR GOALS NOW AND KICK OFF WITH UJAY FOR THE 30 DAYS BURPEE CHALLENGE AND U WONT REGRET IT AND NEVER U SAY I CANT DO THIS WORKOUT BUT ALWAYS GIVE IT A TRIAL.

QUIT MINERALS THEY WONT HELP U

WHITE BREAD OR AGEGE

NO ABUBAKAR BOWL EATING

PROCESSED FOOD ETC

SO AFTER MY LOOSING MY WEIGHT I TOOK IN ON THE 3RD MONTH DURING MY WEIGHTLOSS JOURNEY, God indeed is a merciful Father.

So i wanna encourage all the women out there never to give up, u will get there if u are so determined and work toward it .
A lot will call u fatty bom bom just ignore and keep dieting and exercising soon they will be the one commenting again saying u look so beautiful.

    Actually av bn tryin to join dis class to no avail cos of financial constraint,each tym I beg to join bt will nt get d money to ppay up ,xpecially during promo tyms,av even tried d votes contest twice bt failed,nd I really need d class,I wish u d best nd tenk you for helpin other women solve dis weight problem

    I have the same issue with u abiola layefa,I don’t always get the money to pay even during promo time and I so much need it because of my health issues

    Hi Ujay. My baby is almost 9 months (though I am still breastfeeding), I feel fat. My arms are too big, my laps rub together and my stomach has not gone in (CS).
    I am always with the baby as I don’t have help. How will I exercise if I join GGD? Also my husband eats anything, will be able to loose weight with him by my side? I weigh 75kg and 60kg is my target. Thanks

    I am a size 18-20 n weigh 115kg(obess) i crave for this group but due to financial stress I couldnt, even during ur birthday promo I felt so bad. I hope one day I will and pray its not too late. Weldone Ujay. God bless you.

    I read ur post and I try to follow up with d exercises but I don’t do it faithfully. I don’t hv the money now to join d class and again I don’t know if I will be able to stick to d meal plan because of financial constriants. I really will love to loose weight, hv bn struggling wit dis for yrs. I weigh 96kg now and want to go down to 65 kg. Again I hv a health challenge, pain @ one side of my hip, d right side. Advise me plsssssss. Tanx so much my namesake

    Am pregnant and I can’t do without carbs. Meal daily and is really telling on my weight and is giving me so much worries don’t know what to feed on and the exercise to do at this time. Pls is there anything you can do for me now that am pregnant or I should wait until after delivery. plsz help!!!

      u can eat healthy and cut ur carbs intake in order not to be over weight when u are pregnant and as soon as u put to bed without cs start ur exercise after 6 weeks and watch wot u eat

    I weigh 72.8 right now my I want to loose over 10kg before the end of this year. The problem is I always get carried away on the weekends and over eat and I am tempted to buy slimming tea. But I want to follow ujay’s Weightloss and see the results. Please can you help me I’m tired of people calling me fat because of my tummy and short stature. Please help me out. And what can I do to subscribe and start loosing weight?

    U Jay, I was very encouraged when I read ur story. I started my weight loss to but I am using the forever plan. But I don’t have money to continue and secondly I have been stuck on 89.8kg for almost 2weeks now. Can I still start ur program??

    Ujay please I have a 3 months old baby nd I weigh 93kg. I feel really bad becos I try very hard to loose weight, I don’t eat yam, white rice, bread, swallow and all heavy carb foods, but no obvious progress. Please help me

    GGD class 2 love u ujay.especially me cos whenever I feel lazy to do my workout.I usually dream of a dog chasing me at times I hear joesmals nagging n scary voice I haven’t seen ur workout video(in joesmal’s voice)wish I will continue cos am seeing the changes but my pocket just might not agree with me but am sure the channel will also be of assistance.keep it up ujay I love u n am so proud of u.God bless u abundantly.eating healthy is profitable thought its kinda hard n expensive.with determination am gonna be 60kg

    Ujay you are good, may the Lord crown your efforts, it’s me that’s not serious with myselfoooo. I was taking oats evety morning thinking it’s fibre and would not make me fat, but it was, I stopped after i researched about, now am in for your meal plan. Am determined with this Burpee challenge. I am currently 84. 5kg but by the end of the challenge I must be nothing more than 7 0. God bless you for your good work ooo

    I’m weighing 67kg now and I’m just 17 years pls i need to reduce. I feel lazy to walk sometimes and heavy whenever I decide to run……also my youngest sis is weighing 50kg and she is just 10. can we try d same reduction process
